Cookie Notice
Cookies help our site load, keep you logged in and show us what works. This notice explains each type we use and how you can switch the optional ones off.
1. What cookies are
Websites place tiny files called cookies on your browser. They let the site tell it is the same browser as you click from page to page or visit again later. Pixels, local storage and similar tools work much like cookies, so this notice covers them too.
2. Third-party cookies
We do not set all of the cookies ourselves. Some of them come from partners of ours, such as:
- Game studios that run the games on our site.
- Payment and verification partners during deposits and checks.
- Analytics and advertising partners, only if you allow them.
Each partner handles its cookies under its own privacy rules.
3. Marketing cookies
- Display our promotions to you on other websites.
- Tell us which campaign brought you to us.
- Stay off unless you say yes.
- Never aim marketing at players under 19, players taking time out, or players who have self-excluded.
4. Functional cookies
- Remember your language and display choices.
- Keep your game settings between visits.
- Save your username if you ask us to.
Turning these off means the site forgets your choices each visit.
5. Managing or switching them off
- When you first visit, use the cookie banner to accept or decline optional cookies.
- Changed your mind? Open Cookie Settings any time from the link found at the foot of any page.
- You can remove or stop cookies through your browser's own settings.
If strictly necessary cookies are blocked, logging in, deposits and games will not work as they should.
6. Analytics cookies
- Count visits and see which pages people use.
- Detect slow pages and errors so they can be fixed.
- Use grouped data, not your name.
- Stay off unless you say yes.
7. Strictly necessary cookies
These are always active because the site cannot function without them. They:
- Stay signed in as you move between pages on the site.
- Guard your account and payments against fraud.
- Support the age and location checks that Canadian rules require.
- Remember your cookie choices.
8. Changes
Whenever we add or change cookies, this notice and its date are updated. Where a change affects choices you made, the cookie banner asks you again. For more about your data, see How We Handle Your Data, or email [email protected].
