These terms describe the agreement between you and Innisfil Casino whenever you use our site. Take a moment to go through them before registering, depositing or spinning.

1. Agreeing to these terms

2. Who can play

  • You must be in Canada while you play.
  • You may play at the online casino only where the law in your location permits it.

3. Prohibited conduct

  • Using another person's account, card or wallet to play.
  • Cheating, collusion, bots or any software that changes how a game works.
  • Masking where you are with a VPN, proxy or a comparable tool.
  • Fraud, money laundering or using stolen funds.
  • Abusing offers, as described in our Offer Rules.
  • Abusive or threatening messages directed at our team.

If we spot this kind of conduct, we can cancel the bets involved, hold funds while we check, and close the account.

4. Bonuses

5. Your account

  • One account per person. Extra accounts will be closed and winnings on them voided.
  • Give correct information when you register, and update it whenever your details change.
  • Keep your username and password private and never share them with anyone.
  • With our Staying in Control tools, you can set limits, pause your play or self-exclude.

6. Intellectual property

The Innisfil Casino name, our logo, the way this site looks and every bit of text on it belong to us. Each studio keeps ownership of the games it made. Feel free to use what you see here for your own play, but please don't copy, resell or reuse any of it.

7. Game rules and fairness

  • Rules and payout details for every title sit in that game's help screen.
  • Our RNG games rely on random number generators tested by eCOGRA / GLI.
  • Live dealer rounds are broadcast as they play out. The studio's recorded result is final and stands.
  • A malfunction cancels every game round and payout it affects. Stakes from cancelled rounds are returned to your balance.

8. Governing law

These terms fall under Canadian law, plus the provincial law that applies where you are playing. Unless the law states otherwise, any dispute goes before courts in that province.

9. Changes to these terms

We revise these terms when the law, our games or our offers change. The latest version, with the date it took effect, is always posted here. For a major change, we send you an email or put up a notice on the site. Playing on after an update means you agree to it.

11. Limits of our liability

  • If you lose out because your device fails, your internet drops or something happens that we cannot control, we are not liable.
  • Our liability on any claim is capped at the stake placed on the bet in question.

12. Deposits and withdrawals

  • All play is in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Deposit with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Online Banking / Trustly, MuchBetter, Neosurf or Skrill.
  • Withdraw with Interac e-Transfer, Visa, MuchBetter or Skrill.
  • Minimum deposit: C$10. Minimum withdrawal: C$20. Maximum withdrawal: C$25,000 per day.
  • Expect most withdrawals in between one and four hours. A bank wire may need up to 12 hours.
  • Every deposit and withdrawal is free: we never charge a fee to send money in or take it out.
